Our Policies
Our dental office office in Cary will do its best to schedule appointments at your convenience. We find that young or anxious children have a better experience in the morning. At this time of day, children are well rested, refreshed, and more cooperative.
School-aged children can be scheduled throughout the day for routine visits. To serve you better, please call ahead to cancel or change your appointment.
We try our best to give the same day appointment to emergencies (including the weekend).
Walk ins visits are welcome but we encourage you to call in advance to make an appointment and inform about your visit or make the appointment online. This helps us to serve your child's needs better. Saturday visits are strictly by appointments or for emergencies call (919) 617-7878.
Please notify us 24-48 hours ahead of the appointment if you are unable to keep your appointment.
